Holden Introduces 5 Year Warranty

he new 5-year warranty comes with unlimited kilometres for private buyers and includes cover for approved and Genuine Holden Accessories & Parts as well. “To offer 5-year warranty with unlimited kilometres across our whole product range is an exceptional feature. The quality of our vehicles allows for this and we fully stand behind it”, says Motorama City Holden General Manager Simon Guthrie. “The fact that this warranty includes the Holden Colorado is a proof of it’s reliability. Not many 4X4 come with a warranty that covers them for unlimited kilometres.”

Holden has been testing different warranty extensions in the market for the past year but now decided they want to be ‘clear and consistent’ in what they stand for and what their customers can rely on.

Previously Holden had a 3-year warranty with a 100,000km cap. For government, fleet and rental buyers the new 5-year warranty does have a 200,000km cap. In the past Holden experimented with 7-year warranties, but they aren’t ruling out this won’t happen again with promotions in the future.
