Motorama Community Donation in 2023

One of our core values at Motorama is to support our local community.

Every year, we donate $100,000 to three foundations that serve the local community through our Motorama Community Donation program.

In 2023, any customer who bought a preowned car from Motorama could pick one of these charities to which we will donate on their behalf. Choosing just a single charity is to be the toughest choice for most people. Below are the three organisations we supported in 2023, as well as how Motorama's Community Donation initiative will support them now and into the future.

Foodbank Queensland

At Foodbank, we believe everyone should have access to food. Australians are going without every day and we are working hard to change that. Foodbank Queensland provides millions of kilograms of food and groceries to more than 300 frontline charities and 300 school breakfast programs each year. Together, we give food and hope to more than 150,000 Queenslanders in need each week.

Thanks to the generosity of customers and staff at Motorama, we will be able to provide an extra 50,000 meals to those doing it tough in the lead-up to Christmas.

White Cloud Foundation

Thank you so much Motorama for your ongoing support of White Cloud Foundation! Your donation from the pre-owned car sales community support program this year could not have come at a more crucial time, as more and more Queenslanders struggle with their mental health in the ongoing cost-of-living crisis.

Your donation will help us help more people improve their mental health and well-being through our White Cloud Tele-Mental Health service and our Meals for Mums program.

Starlight Children's Foundation

Thank you to the incredible Motorama Community, from everyone at Starlight, for this extraordinarily generous donation which will help us brighten the lives of so many kids and families experiencing the pain, stress and fear of serious illness and hospitalisation in Queensland this year.

Your kindness and generosity help families, going through some of their toughest times, know that they are not alone. In the words of a Starlight mum:

“Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Knowing that there is someone out there, who we have never met, caring enough for what we’re going through to help us… it’s mind-blowing. Every little bit has made a big difference, to my experience, my son’s experience… Thank you!”
