Motorama Mitsubishi is on the move! Not only physically, upgrading to new showrooms, but also in accolades; winning several sales awards and multiple team members winning prizes themselves.
With the departure of Holden from Australia the time was right for Mitsubishi to move into their new homes in both Moorooka (pictured below) and Springwood (pictured above). Works are ongoing at the moment to transform these dealerships to fit their new brands.
"The move to the new dealership is a fantastic opportunity for us to continue to improve and help us to deliver the very best buying experience for our guests, with a fresh and modern atmosphere along with all the latest and greatest amenities. Our focus and achievements have always been driven by a commitment to exceptional customer service, and the new facilities will help us elevate this even further", says David White, Sales Manager at Motorama Mitsubishi.
The Motorama Mitsubishi Moorooka dealership won a range of prestigious awards from Mitsubishi Motors Australia recently. This included the Diamond Sales Award, Diamond Parts Award, and the Kaikyo Sales Award.
"These recognise excellence in the respective departments, focusing not just on target achievements, but on a mix of criteria including customer satisfaction and fleet performance", explains David White. "We are also very proud to receive the Kaikyo Sales Award, which is a national award recognising the strongest dealerships for both sales volume, and market share."
Next to that, the Mitsubishi Moorooka Service Manager, Nathan Norgrove, received the award for 'Motorama Service Manager of the Year'.
"Achieving Motorama Service Manager of the Year means that my staff have all achieved the best Service Department in Motorama. The tireless efforts of the team to keep our customers happy and on the road don't go unnoticed. COVID-19 has presented its fair share of difficulties, but I'm proud of the way all staff sanitise and take action to protect our customers and each other. It is an honour to win this award for my team."
Nathan was not the only member to walk away with an award in his hand, many more accolades were award to other team members as well:
