Earlier this year, Motorama was invited to enter Deloitte’s Australian ‘Best run companies’ evaluation program. Australia is the latest country to be added to this global business recognition program that began in Toronto ,Canada in 1993 and is now judged across 21 countries.

SETTING THE HIGHEST BUSINESS STANDARDS

Based on their 25 years of global insights and global best practices, Deloitte set out to identify and celebrate the privately owned and managed companies across Australia that set the highest standards of business performance. Natalie Faull, Deloitte Private Partner and National Leader - Best Managed Companies program commented: “The judges evaluated the strengths of applicants across four key pillars: strategy, culture and commitment, capabilities and innovation, and governance and financials”.

ANNOUNCING THE WINNERS

The results of the inaugural Australian ‘Best Managed Companies’ awards were announced at a Gala event in Sydney on October 15, and Motorama was celebrated as one of just eight privately held Australian companies recognised for their outstanding business performance.

To put this award in perspective, only 1000 companies across the globe have achieved this recognition in the 25 year history of the Award. Motorama Managing Director Mark Woelders spoke about the importance of this Award, not just to Motorama but to their customers as well.
