Motorama will continue to service Holden

Since the news came out that the Holden brand will be retired from sales in Australia and New Zealand by 2021, the Motorama Holden dealerships have been inundated with questions from loyal customers regarding their vehicle's and ongoing servicing. Both Motorama Holden sites have now confirmed an agreement with Holden to continue to provide Genuine Holden Parts, Servicing and Warranty, at both our Motorama Holden sites, at Moorooka & Springwood.

"Having been associated with Holden since Motorama's inception in 1960, it is fitting that we are now able to ensure we are servicing our local customer base into the foreseeable future", says Mark Woelders, Motorama's Managing Director.

HOLDEN CUSTOMERS

Holden customers can be assured that the company will honour all warranties and servicing offers made at time of sale. By law, Holden's brand representation will remain in place for 10 years from it's closure, with Holden required to provide parts, warranty and servicing support for existing owners. As required, Holden and its aftersales network, will also continue to handle any recalls or safety-related issues if they arise, working with the appropriate governmental agencies.

There will be some changes to the Motorama Holden showrooms.

With the last of our new Holden models being sold, Motorama are in the process of converting both Holden showroom's over to the Mitsubishi brand. This will include a minor refurbishment inside, as well as some new exterior signage and imagery.

"Don't be alarmed when you start to see construction work on the Motorama Holden sites - this is all part of the process of rejuvenating our sites for the future", explains Mark Woelders.

"We are buoyed by the fact that we have been able to redeploy our Holden sales team's into other areas of the business. We have also been able to retain our experienced Holden technicians to continue to provide an expert level of proficiency & knowledge of Holden vehicle servicing"
