The 2024 Jeep Wrangler will arrive with several exciting updates making it an exciting prospect for Jeep lovers and off-road enthusiasts alike.
Here's five things we know about the upgraded 2024 Jeep Wrangler:
The MY24 Wrangler features a refreshed appearance with a new range of alloy wheels and a redesigned seven-slot grille. Jeep says the slimmer vertical slots are "not only a visual update, but they also deliver improved cooling for superior performance."
A new 'stealth' antenna has been integrated into the Gorilla Glass windscreen set to provide extra durability and damage resistance.
The biggest updates for the 2024 model will be to the powertrain with the V6 engine on its way out. Jeep will be replacing it with a turbocharged 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine that is set to offer greater fuel efficiency and torque output (+47Nm) at the expense of horsepower (-13kW).
The cabin of the '24 Wrangler will feature an upgraded infotainment touchscreen increasing from the existing 8.3 inches to a new 12.3-inch display. The new tech will run the latest Uconnect 5 software and include wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as standard.
Jeep has implemented a range of NVH (Noise, Vibration and harshness) improvements for the 2024 Wrangler designed to offer a more pleasant ride for both on and off-road driving. On top of this, extra soft-touch materials have been added to the interior.
To top it all off, Jeep has improved the standard of safety for the new Wrangler with both first- and second-row side curtain airbags, while structural upgrades have been made to improve side impact protection.
The upgrades featured here are just a few of the many changes coming to the 2024 Wrangler. Everything mentioned here will be available as standard across the whole range while upper grades will receive a slew of exciting new features.
