6 Things We Love About the All-New MG ZS EV
Recently, MG released the latest generation of its 100% electric SUV - the ZS EV.
There are many things to love with this new model however, we’ve managed to condense it down to the six top things about it that we love the most. Here’s our list:
320KM BATTERY RANGE
The all-new ZS EV can now go for longer with an upgraded battery boasting a considerable 320 kilometres of range. This is an increase of about 60 kilometres from its predecessor meaning range anxiety is a thing of the past especially for ZS EV owners who don’t intend to travel very far from their urban and suburban surroundings.
GOOGLE MAPS-POWERED SATELLITE NAVIGATION
Navigation on the MG ZS EV is a breeze with a maps system powered by Google Maps. Google Maps is the go-to navigation option for most drivers these days so MG have gone straight to the source and added it directly to their infotainment system. Hooray for no more out-of-date, clunky OEM sat-navs that don't update when new roadways are built!
MG CHARGEHUB FOR HOME
MG recently released their latest EV accessory, the MG ChargeHub. The ChargeHub is available in two configurations, can be installed by your local electrician and makes charging at home an absolute breeze. You’ve got the choice of a 7KW single-phase ChargeHub or an 11KW three-phase version and, better yet, they’re both compatible with all EVs that feature a Type 2 charge point! With the 7KW ChargeHub, you can conveniently charge your ZS EV overnight with a full charge taking an estimated 8 hours - and it’s even quicker for the 11KW ChargeHub!
MG I-SMART APP
If you love connectivity then you’ll love the MG i-Smart App as much as we do. The app allows you to connect to your ZS EV via your smartphone which gives you access to certain features remotely. Monitor your vehicle’s status, schedule charging, operate features such as the central locking, power windows and air conditioning directly from your smartphone. On top of this, you’ll never forget where you parked your car ever again with the ability to locate your vehicle via the app. How good!
